Exercises of the day; Today we will send love, acceptance and compassion to our spirit through body movement with a 90 minute walk in your favourite place, your favourite cardio machine. The most important thing is that today you love, accept and give compassion to yourself on the three levels; spiritual, emotional and physical, through oxygenating exercise and movement. If you are normally already walking 90 minutes, give yourself a little extra time and do another lap around the park or the neighbourhood or extra cardio in the gym. You can also do 60 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening because you deserve to feel love, acceptance and compassion, enjoy.
After or before your beautiful 90 minutes walk, listen and understand your intuition. Take a deep breath in & out through your nose, as shown in the next exercise.
